We're on Belton Road Commerical Hub, minutes from the A6 and surrounded by the trades and contractors we serve. There's on-site parking, wide entrance doors and a roller shutter for larger loads, plus a goods only lift to the upper floor.

The facility is heated and humidity-controlled year round, with sensors monitoring conditions continuously — so tools, electronics, stock and paperwork stay dry through a Leicestershire winter.

Access is completely keyless. Use your personal PIN to enter the facility and secure storage area, then open your individual unit using the secure smartphone app. No padlocks, no keys to lose and no waiting for a member of staff.

When leaving, use your PIN at the exit keypad so the access system records that you've left the facility.

Access activity is electronically logged, and the site is professionally monitored with CCTV and a Grade 3 intruder alarm.

What size do I need?

Trade customers typically take 50 to 100 sq ft — roughly a transit van load up to a single garage. Tools and smaller stock fit comfortably in 15 to 25 sq ft, and document archives often need no more than a 10 sq ft locker.

How it works

Before your storage starts, you'll receive your move-in instructions, personal access PIN and details for the secure smartphone app.

Standard access is 7am–8pm, 7 days a week, with optional 24/7 pedestrian access available subject to approval. Roller shutter access remains within standard access hours.

Storage is monthly rolling with two weeks' notice to move out, and you can change unit size at any time subject to availability.

VAT invoices are provided, and telephone support is available 24/7 if you need assistance.

Can I store business stock or trade equipment?
Yes. Stowzi is suitable for tools, equipment, stock, materials, documents and other permitted business goods.

Do you offer larger business storage spaces?
Yes. In addition to our standard unit sizes, larger business storage options from around 100 to 225 sq ft may be available depending on availability.

Can I change to a larger or smaller unit later?
Yes. You can move to a different unit size at any time, subject to availability.

What can't I store?
You cannot store hazardous or flammable materials, illegal goods, perishable food, plants, live animals, cash, jewellery or certain lithium-ion batteries and battery-powered items that present a fire risk. Full details are set out in our terms and conditions.
