The building is heated and humidity-controlled year round, with sensors monitoring conditions continuously, so sofas, mattresses, electronics and clothing stay dry through a Leicestershire winter. Not something you can say for a garage or a loft.

How much space will I need?
Most house moves land between 50 and 125 sq ft — roughly a one-bedroom flat up to a three-bedroom house. A single room's worth of furniture fits in around 15 to 25 sq ft, and a 10 sq ft locker is ideal for boxes, suitcases and seasonal items.

How it works
See live prices online, choose your unit and move-in date, and book in minutes. No quotes, no callbacks and nothing to sign in person.
Before your storage starts, you'll receive your move-in instructions, personal access PIN and details for the secure smartphone app.
Use your PIN to enter the facility and secure storage area, then open your individual unit using the app. When leaving, use your PIN at the exit keypad so the access system records that you've left the facility.
There's on-site parking, wide entrance doors and a roller shutter for larger loads, plus a goods only lift to the upper floor.
Standard access is 7am–8pm every day, with optional 24/7 pedestrian access available subject to approval. Roller shutter access remains within standard access hours.
Storage is monthly rolling with two weeks' notice to move out, and you can change unit size at any time subject to availability.
